Fitness Friday

Fitness Friday is a fun community building linkup that encourages women (especially those of color) to keep their body strong whilst maintaining healthy hair. Losing weight, eating well, and growing long healthy hair isn't easy. It requires commitment, dedication, and loads of support. We're totally all in this together. Our bodies are our temples and our hair is our crowning glory.
